About STEPH

I love coaching people and watching them build confidence just by showing up and moving better. You’ll probably hear me before you see me—I’m always cheering, laughing at someone in the “pain cave,” or cracking jokes with the class.

I fell in love with fitness after having my kids, wanting to set a strong example for them. Over time, that passion has grown into a love for coaching, especially when it comes to gymnastics and Olympic lifting. It might sound cliché, but you only get one body, so you might as well enjoy what it can do!
