My lifestyle has always been driven by sports related activities which has always motivated me to be competitive and always push my limits. The fitness industry has taught me a lot about how to be a strong minded and self-disciplined person. Loving yourself and the stuff you do, giving my best in everything I do and leaving nothing on the table.

I am always open to learn more and take advice from the people who have given me the opportunities to better myself.

My lifestyle has been impacted by the fitness industry in a life changing way, from the respect, determination, and mindset skills that it has brought me. But also the people that I have met along the way.

This is why the fitness industry will always be my lifestyle and my profession forever.
