About Josh

I fell in love with fitness at the age of 17, I always had it in me because I am very passionate about sport, being active and just trying to improve myself physically. I believe that being active and doing something hard for myself physically is the most rewarding and motivating thing I could do to start my day, or keep me going throughout my day. Working out / keeping active brings me peace and teaches me that short term pain/ discomfort leads to success and positive mindset.

“Health is wealth” sticks with me and I believe that being healthy and a better version of yourself through fitness, is the best way for a person to express their hard work and self discipline. Fitness is my passion and it will forever be within me. I want to help others achieve their best physiques and progress physically and mentally, to show that anything is possible through hard work and dedication!

My favourite cheat meal has to be a meat madness! Ribs , steak, brisket chops, shrimp, beef patties and pork (yes these do count as a cheat meal if you overindulge )

My type of fun is getting outside and doing things in nature, going to the beach, going on runs and having a good night out with good company
